Cancellation Policy

At Bypark, we understand that plans can change. That is why we offer maximum flexibility for your booking:

• Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking completely free of charge up to 3 hours before your scheduled arrival time. A 100% refund will be issued.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 3 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in proven cases of force majeure (vehicle breakdown, justified medical emergencies, or official flight/train cancellations).
